Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 working days. Depending on the items purchased, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries.

For orders under £399 there will be a shipping fee, which varies generally by product size. For everything over £399 delivery will be FREE.

We use different couriers for different items and as a result, the delivery and tracking process may not be exactly the same for all orders. For most orders, you will either be given a delivery date in advance or notified by the courier on the day of delivery.

Once your order is completed it will be passed to the courier who will contact you to confirm a convenient date for delivery.

Order status information that may effect your delivery:

IN-STOCK – If the product is in stock your order will be processed. Orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

AVAILABLE ON BACK ORDER – If the product is on back order your item is not in stock and there will be a delay of up to 6-8 weeks. This status means the item has been ordered but may be at different stages of shipment. If you purchase an item on back order we will contact you with the expected arrival and delivery of you product.

OUT OF STOCK – If the product you have purchased is out of stock we will contact you to organise a refund, inform you of when the stock will be in stock for delivery or swap your order for an item in stock.
